Did you read my attempt at guessing the script? yes there was humor in it and yes there was some jokes about Bays style of film making but I took my guess very seriously...it was not a bash session ..if you have no sense of humor and think I was just totally bashing Bay then you are sadly mistaken. you took the time to add your snarky comments and even add a graph about money the movie it made...so much effort..but I bet you didn't read my entire post because if you did you would have realized what it was..an attempt to guess the plot with some light hearted humor thrown in between.

and I know Dempseys character was a race driver...was..but I believe he is also the owner of a corporation in the movie

 

The point I was making with Bay is that he makes movies that will make a ton of money. That's his niche. He's not trying to win an Oscar here, folks. He's trying to make a movie that will appeal to as many people as possible so it will make the most money possible. Let's face it, if the whole movie was just robots, a lot less people would go see it.

 

...uh... how and why is he annoying? He never speaks, he's actually funny at times, he has an interesting story behind him in the offscreen material like toy bios and comics, and he kicks enough Decepticon ass to be the Deus Ex Machina of movie continuity. Really this is the first time I've heard someone say they hated bumblebee.

 

I'm pretty sure nothing on earth was stopping kids and fans from seeing ROTF, no matter what anyone said.

 

And a movie about a cartoon on Nickelodeon doesn't have the same draw?

TF1 - Didn't rip off a episode.
TF2 - Ripped off "Fire on the mountain", "Chaging gears", alittle of "The ultimate doom", and alittle of there own touches.
TF3 - "The ultimate doom", "Megatrons Master Plan", and alittle of there own touches.

Nah, this is the best Bee yet.... Because he is not annoying and knows how to fight...

 

I like Bumblebee I just wished he could talk..the no voice thing really makes him seem like Sams pet which is kinda annoying.

 

I don't see how it would, seeing as how it's title was hijacked by a boring artsy film. Besides, Airbender was never mainstream as far as I could tell. I could be wrong, I don't know, but it certainly didn't have the kind of mainstream momentum that ROTF enjoyed going into it.

 

I just find BB too kiddy-ish. I like G1 and Animated Bee more. His radio/TV talk is a bit annoying. He could only fight in ROTF

 

Those numbers are only domestic right? I know the Island flopped in the US (I liked it!) but it made a good run internationally (around 127 million I think)

 

I liked your plot until you started trying to be funny about it. Maybe next time try to keep the stale bay jokes Uninvolved and I'll take it more seriously.

 

The Plot itself it's a mixture of Megatron's Master Plan (Humans blaming the Autobots),Trans-Europe Express (The Human Baddy is a Race Car Diver), & Every Comic that Shockwave is in.

 

You probably got the ending right

 

I believe my head just imploded on it self from trying to read that.

I believe the storyline would probably be something like Shockwave betraying Megs and hires the Wreckers (yes I know they are autobots but this is Bay's movie so anything is possible...look at Wheelie and Jetfire) and they both go after the decepticons and the autobots. I do hope this isn't the story though imho..
