    ^Yeah. During WWII, alot of comics were recycled in the war effort. That accounts for why the older comics are so rare.

    Action #1 and Detective #27 are the big ones, but I wonder if there'll be other comics that'll hit the million mark in the near future.

    Like Optimus1986 said, the main reason why pre-1960 comics are worth so much (other than being the first appearance of two iconic characters) is because many were trashed/recycled during the war effort. The only thing from that era that "MAY" have a shot is Captain America #1, but a lot of that depends on how well the new movie performs (as well as the Avengers movie, etc).

    You will never see anything printed 1960+ go for that high of a price for a long time, even stuff like Amazing Fantasy #15 (1st Spiderman), etc., simply because there are more copies out there.
