On the BART train today, I saw a kid playing with a G1 Optimus Prime knock-off. It looked interesting, so I'm wondering if anyone has more info.

It had a chrome head. I couldn't tell much of the shape though.

The wheels were white, too. Weird.

Sounds interesting. It might make good kitbash fodder if it can be found easily.

    Around G1 size.

Yes, the Chinatown doesn't have many KOs. I've never been to the flea market, I'll have to go.

The Chinatown here sucks balls. The stores barely sell any KO's of G1 figures. Hope I don't resort to Kitbashing vintages that are worth $1000, let alone be like a certain someone and destroy an $800 Trypticon. :redface2:

It was a C6 Trypticon with functioning electronics, which were extracted beforehand.

    Ebay:
i went to the flea market last week. i'm assuming their gonna have the same stuff, which wasn't much :(  out of all the shops there, the main toy store (the one you could walk into to) seems to have disappeared. and from the scattered stores, only one had 1 superion ko and 1 bruticus ko.

    - ko

Didn't mean you. Sides, I kitbash vintages only if they're junkers that are in good condition.

How interesting, here in Dallas, ours is called DART. I always wondered if Fresno would have the guts to come up with their own Area Rapid Transit? :lolol
