I really don't understand why people like this show THAT much. I only stick around for the first few episodes. Once the bad singers go away, it's when I stop watching. I only recently...JUST NOW heard of this Sanjaya kid, and he has re-invigorated my interest in this show.
Sanjaya is the only reason for me to watch, ever since that hottie with the racy pics got kicked off.
You know what I see happening? Sanjaya goning all the way to the last two and Fox giving whoever the other remaining singer is the win, even if Sanjaya gets the most votes. Mind you, I could care less about who wins (as it seems it means nothing when just about anyone who finishes in the top ten gets a recording deal), but I just have a sneaking suspicion that some tom-foolery is going to take place with the vote counting soon.....
ok, now i'm pissed. i just saw a 3 weeks old episode (when they cut down to twelve contestants) and saw that they kept that kid over a guy who sang "jeremy". that's such crap.
the hottie was Antonella and she was a Jersey girl - FTW! Sanjaya aka Mangina is da bomb. he's like an Indian version of Michael Jackson.
I'm a believer. I'm not even worried about tonight. Sanjaya wasn't in the bottom 3 last week. They can get rid of beatbox dude next.
Sanjaya rocks again! Everybody else is such a bore. After his performance, they played one of the Transformers movie spots (The Starscream one). So at least I was rewarded for my troubles.
And he wasn't even a threat to leave again tonight. He's coasting. Simon's starting to get nervous....
One of my co-workers was IN TEARS that the guy is still on there and how "It'll ruin the INTERGRETY of American Idol" Makes me want to joing the cause so they can stop pre-empting House
