I'll go into a bit more depth with my statement none-the-less. I ordered a number of pieces from them, multiple BISARs and figures. All of these items were listed as 'in stock'. It turns out that one of them, the Jenus figure, was not, in fact actually, 'in stock'.The shipment took months to ship. During this time, customer service refused to respond to inquiries. I even attempted to cancel the order at one point and that too was ignored (I flagged the e-mails so I know they were received / read). Sadly, I had to use e-mail as they never answered their phone. All in all, it was an absolutely horrid experience.

I had a similar experience with Toys n Joys as well. If you still want to try ordering from them I would suggest emailing them an inquiry first about what items they actually have available cause as Magnus stated, their "in stock" list on the website is most definately in accurate. circuitspore- Do you have any idea what you were looking for in particular? There are certain figures/Bisars that are harder to find than others. But for the more easier to find figures eBay is probably your best bet.

the first two you have pictured are both hard to come by. I have the blade dancer and had to get it through YJ used w/o box. The third one, however, should be no problem. I have seen that on ebay a few times. I have that one and it is nice.

BBTS has a few of the Jackets, but none of the Bisars and never did carry any Bisars. Which sucks, because that's about 99% of the cool factor of the line. I'll second the Toys n' Joys hate as well. Got smashed boxes from them twice. And they were horrible to deal with. Sadly, it's auction sites or trading here to get these things now.
I should have an extra Neo Amdriver Ragna and an Extra Jenus ZEAM (this can be a B***H to get). The only reason I'll have an extra is that the first one I got had some paint worn off the sword (I re-painted it and can't really tell now) and some of the parts were a little loose, but I wanted to get another to see if it was perfect or messed up too b/c it's a freaking cool figure.
