now THAT'S an awesome figure! wow! just when i lose hope in transformers toys after seeing G2 spark, they suck me back in!

 

They are both on BBTS right now, and boy was I quick to buy one of each! Can't wait until they show up on my door step!

 

This is one sweet skywarp!

 

Despite the hoard of haters, I find this vehicle intriguing and Skywarp's colour scheme works great on it imho. Heck even the headsculp is awesome, consider it bought!

Not a fan. There's nothing about this mold that says "seeker" to me. On the one hand, I know that they have to evolve and not hamper new molds by having to force G1 design elements on it. On the other hand, I kinda get that, so I think that they should have just called this something else, because it would stand pretty well on it's own.

My biggest complaint about the Transformers toy lines is that there are way too many cars. Now even my favorite character which is supposed to be a jet got turned in to a car. This is great for people that love cars but if you're like me & love jets & space ships this really blows!

 

I just can't get into these two. They're just not appealing at all to me. Though if I did decide to break down and get one it would definitely be Skywarp. Too bad it's not black. Then I'd probably have already ordered it.

 

I only have black alternity figures (Convoy and Megatron), so I'll just wait for the
black one...(w/skywarp head)

They're probably not going to do a black one, because the real life car doesn't come in black.

 

According to the link given previously, there's 2 kind of black available actually.

And the headscult is real nice, and sealed the deal for me and ordered both! I'm not against some 'difference' for Starscream head, might look better in person, and the car look really good in white too.

 

Oh, hrm. I seem to remember that not being the case when these two were first revealed. Maybe it's changed since then.

Skywarp looks SOOO much better than Starscream, IMO.

 

that is what i thought too. Starscreams head sculpt just makes him look awful. Skywarp is everything i expected.

 

I like the head on this one much more than Starscream. I just have a tiny nit to pick: the chest is a faux car front, and the actual car front becomes his wing. Since the actual chest isn't an integral part of the car, I think faux cockpit kibble would look more appropriate.
