I looked around, and couldn't find anything, was his little mini-comic that came included on the back of his instructions ever translated?

As far as I know, no. I haven't even seen a translated/list of his "tech specs"/plans to see what kind of god haxxors he's supposed to be packing.

Was that translated? I don't want to open up my Alternities to check the comics. Where can I find more on allspark?

As far as I know, only Super Black Convoy and Diamond Black Megatron had comics on their instructions that are in Japanese. Though there are some translations floating around.

 

You can find both translations at the Allspark. There haven't been any other Alternity comics, just text.
