Well, i gladly opened my 2 alternity this morning, took some pictures in vehicle mode, and then transformed them into robot mode.

As you see in this picture, the red's upper body body can't combine with his waist.

What's wrong exactly? Push the lower torso in the waist?

Aaaaaaaand, it can't lock into place why now?? I don't have the figure, so I honestly don't know what the problem is. However, this might sway me away from the figure other than the price tag.

I don't have this figure, but is it possible to take a tool and bend the little tab so it can fit into the slot again? At least that's what seems to be wrong judging from your instructions.

Mind you do, that might break it off alltogether..

That's good. In that case, don't try to fix it, and wait for the new one. :)

On mine, it's very common for the lower torso to not angle out all the way to lock in with the torso; however you can physically push it the rest of the way to get it to line up. Can you not do that on yours?

Yeah, this is exactly what I did for mine. I didn't even think twice about it until I saw this thread. I really don't think it's suppose to just automatically line up. It's kind of like how the head can be flipped up at any time, but also flips up automatically when you move around the metal pieces.

I don't think you can call it a "Quality Control" issue when you're the only one whose reporting any kind of problem.

Then again, I haven't gone through this figure's Feedback thread but I also haven't heard one complaint about the figure aside from it not being in scale with the Alternator/Binaltech line.

I think this is the problem. When transforming, (not the upper part but the waist/legs) The tab near the waist/legs needs to be pushed in 1st. That thin one (black on silver not sure one red version. Then the things can fold back in. If more go watch peaughs video review, or mine on medabotsoundwaves channel on youtube (im not meda, i'm his friend using the channel)
