I have had alternity cliffjumper for a while and have transformed him many times but now his legs wont move and are stuck so i cant get him back to car mode or robot mode! and his hood is stuck up! has anyone had this problem and if u have, help me! tell me what i have to do!

Check the steering wheel. I've had this happen before where if you're not careful transforming him into robot, the steering wheel mechanism will actually fold into a spot it's not supposed to and while the robot looks correct, it's actually mistransformed and putting him back into car mode seems next to impossible. You have to be really careful transforming him back, you might bend or even break the steering wheel.
