    Here he is ! ! !
This is my FIRST attempt at a full repaint.
I worked on this on/off since Feb.
It was plagued with problems and I kept putting it off & losing interest.
Finally finished...I feel this is my best work to date.
I know it's not perfect... ....for those of you that only visit here to point out flaws.
PLEASE keep in mind this is a Mustang - not a lion....:)
I wanted this to be a very simple/believable Mustang, while making it obvious that it's Razorclaw.
    Slight head mod really helped:
Cut ears to an opposite angle & shaved off goatee.

Alt. mode pics will be taken as a group shot when all 5 are done.

Gotta thank superquad7 again - his weathered Classics Starscream Click Here! really inspired me to add detail on the bot parts, I also added some silver to scuff him up a little.
Also did the same to my older Ramage custom.

This will go great with my Binaltech Rampage Predacon - Click Here!
And Alt. Divebomb Predacon Click Here!

    Got some Alt mode pics?

Also, he's looking good. Not to big on the worn look for them but that's just me. yea, I know it makes it more realistic but it's strange having a worn bot part and clean spiffy car parts.

Hah ! Thanks man ! - You're not so shabby yourself !...:thumb
The best part about this is everyone can now see I can do more than just break the friggin things...:stick: ....:lol
Doing model cars on & off since '97 helps...and I've learned a lot here, one thing I know for sure is that the more you do - the better you get.

Hey, there is more to come...who's next ?
    Classics Jetfire....not having a good day.....
    When ?
    tomorrow ..?

Waitin for that group shot....gotta resist....it hurts me more than it hurts you...:lol
I like having them all new & shiny too, but the worn bits just appeal to me a little more.
    Also makes it more...one of a kind-ish.

THANKS ! ! !...he's on the list. - next Alt. Pred. Tantrum: nothing too fancy, reprolabels pretty much takes care of that one for me.

    Thanks guys !

SO nice, dude! I really like the touches you have added to all of the bots. The characters are instantly recognizable, which I feel is the key to a great homage kitbash! Sweet stuff, can't wait for the rest!

That's really nice. I love the lions head image on the hood. One suggestion I might say is to paint the seats/feet. They're close to matching colors, but not quite.

I LOVE the design you made for the hood "decal"; MAJOR props there just on some design work. :)

While I don't have the inclination of making the bot parts of my own Alts "weathered," I must say that the contrast of the "new, slick car from the factory" and the "battle worn" robot is VERY interesting. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought about doing it, but I'd also be lying to say that I've actually tried it myself on an Alt. You pulled it off very nicely, imo.

I also find it interesting that my Classics Starscream has inspired you so much, especially since we've seen a plethora of movie toy repaints with weathering that (I feel) blows my weathering work out of the water. However, I often am inspired by many things myself, so I understand how it is when something just "hits" you with another person's work and it sends me to my own table crankin' stuff out just because another person's work struck me a certain way. I revel in the thought that my work inspired you so much. Keep up the good work man! :thumb

    Awesome job!

Did you peek into my planned projects notebook? Or do great minds just think alike? heheh... I swear I was planning to do one just like this one, even with the painted mane on the hood. Except I'm not sure I would've done the worn look on mine, but that is the only thing different than the one I had planned.

Now to go see if I can change mine up a bit as to not look like I'm copying too much... hahaha.

Those ROCK!!! Now that is a Alt. Razorclaw. I've got Tantrum and Divebomb done but wasn't sure what was best for Razorclaw. You have hit the nail on the head. That Alt. is perfect. Keep up the great work.

Also not a fan of the weathered look but the mane idea is good. Ideally I would like to see a more stylized flame decal that is not quite a mane but just gives it the appropriate colors... maybe I'll do that to mine eventually.

Nice detailing of the license plate and logo, mine looks rough in comparison:

The profile of the mane is awesome. It works for both the alt and robo mode. I'm still planning on using Battle Ravage, for mine, but you've done a great job. The weathering and everything is great, too, but the mane is what I like best.
