(Well, as much as I am allowed to show!)
We've seen it. He's been out overseas for a while now.
Overseas packaging has a pic of the actual figure, not artwork.
This is the drawn artwork for US packaging
The UK Ravage has a photo of the toy in robot mode (as do all european toys)
Never been so pumped over a sillouette. I love boxart and so far so good with this one.
Almost getting G1 Razorclaw & Rampage vibes from it
hmm. wasnt aware of the lack of drawn graphic for the euros. hmm.
It started with the end of Energon
Artwork was removed because it shows the toy in a pose that potentially the actual toy could not do and is thus missleading
We haven't had any artwork since then except on imports and re-issues
Haven't you noticed the lack of artwork on Classics . . . . blame Europe for that
Pathetic, but true.
argh! i complained abt that initially actually. ive always thought that character art was integral to TF packaging
(i just figured it was a cost cutting measure)
maybe this is something you guys could highlight in the next botcon hasbro panel.
Don't blame just Europe, dig deeper to the spoiled kids that can't separate a toy from a drawing...
Oops. Sorry bro, my bad.
I wanna see this one though.
I can imagine Ravage looking quite fearsome. Can't wait to see the actual art.
Reading it in this thread was the first time I'd heard of the whole misleading artwork thing, but it seems to go hand in hand with "Toy does not move on its own", "Not a flying toy", and "Actual change time will vary."
