So since the lot of us ordered the Prowl K.O.'s That have been floatting around My main goal was to always ether get a BT Blue Prowl, Or Kitbash an Alt version but never got around to it...

But with the K.O. it is finally something I can get started on doing...

First thing to fix is the gouge in the paint on the roof of the car, (Gotta find the matching color) and Or install a Sun roof like im leaning towards but this means cutting out a section of the roof simply because I don't want the Interior details on the inside of the roof to show throught the sunroof window even tinted they will be visable but I also need a clear plastic with the same bend to match the curvature of the roof...

So while I work on that plan slightly more work needs to be done to pull off a good Import Honda Trype R Nightbeat.

I ordered a 1/25 scale Acura Model kit with Extra Body panels for a Rice burner look. Hood scoop, Lower running board panels, Diffrent bumpers, Tail lights and better grill and I got some Pine durby Flame decals to apply later on.

Of course the first thing on the list of things to do is swap the lower car body legs around, as that matches his G-1 Apperance, redo the head, add visor and use the horns from the crest to be sensor antenna's on the sides of the head as he no longer is a Headmaster the lil guns aren't needed.
I may also do the lambo door mods since Nightbeat is going to be a tricked out Import.

I'd like to have him done in a week (Or less) depending if I can find the paint Superquad7 mentioned using for his REV custom.

    Stuff semi completed so far:
Head painted, modified and asembled (Still needs some touch up and clean up).
    Thighs Painted and asembled.
    Arms Painted and asembled.
    Roof stripped of paint.
    License plate repainted (Sliver base).

I don't know if it'll work on the Prowl face, but I used a Grimlock visor on my Goldbug. It's rounded, not squared off like Neatbeats, but I think Swindle's visor is too big.

That head looks really good so far. I never liked the Sideswipe one most people have used, just seems too big for the Acura mold IMO

Well got the digi cam out (Finally found the cord for it lol) for some reason it picked up a flaw in the paint on the left side of the face (looks darker) but looking at the actual figure I don't see it... maybe it's a shadow Idk...

Well with the front Tunner bumper add on I discovered one good thing about the K.O. Mold, The gap between the Bumper on the stock figure and the waist is big enough to allow the added bumper to fit just right with out any rubbing (I was worried about the paint being scraped off the new bumper), But if you add 1/24 / 1/25 scale bumper to the official Acura Alt it wont clear the waist section to lock in place.

Only bad thing is im taking a few days off from working on this as when I was cutting the last part needed for Nightbeat the dremel slipped and cut into my hand (Not bad) but enough that it hurt like an S.O.B.! so with some liquid bandage, Sterile pads and duct tape, (YES DUCT TAPE LOL) didn't have any bandaids the blood has stopped leaking but my hand is pretty sore so imagine typing this with one hand...

:lolol  now Superquad7 has time to catch up :p

Thanks And a bit of news:

I found the exact shade of paint it's called True Pearl Blue, stock # 51 made by Tamiya, it only comes as a spray paint but that's a victory now so once my hand is fully healed Nightbeat will be finished and posted.

np, I did a test paint and it practicly matches the original paint.
I dumped a tube of neo-sporen into the cut and cleaned it twice a day since i did it, It's almost healed!

SQ7 may have to play catch up after all :lolol

Also for anyone who can't find the above mentioned paint there's also a True Racing Blue made by Tamiya (Spray) that is also sort of close to the color maybe half a shade lighter...
