    Hi all,

this is my first post here so I hope I'm posting in the right place.

I can't for the life of me transform the Alternator Optimus Prime from robot mode back to vehicle mode. I can sort the back half out, but the front half seems impossible to get back together.

    Can anyone offer any advice/instructions?

    Many thanks
    :)

His shoulders require near excessive force to get them snapped in all the way. Chances are you think you've got them popped in all the way, but in actuality you don't. Shove on them some more until they make a "pop" noise and lock further in.

The hood also has a track that's only about 3 mm long. This track lets you pull it out and push it in. For robot mode, it should be in the "open" position, and in truck mode it should be in the "closed" position. For the longest time I didn't know about the sliding hood, and I could never get his hood to close in truck mode.
