Dead End started as Alt Shockwave, with a left hand donated from a junker Jazz. His head was a quick conversion from Decepticharge's, with a new faceplate and visor added. The doors have a new place on the arms in robot mode, thanks to a newly added peg. They simply peg into the existing holes on the upper arms. The main color was achieved by spraying Model Master Stoplight Red (which is semi-clear) directly over the orginal purple color. In person it is a gorgeous dark red pearl color, which unfortunately I couldn't quite get to photograph properly. Oh well. Oh, and strangely enough the camera seems to capture what appears to be alot of bleed-through of the purple on the edges, which totally isn't there in person, or at least not nearly as pronounced. The gold stripes are the same vinyl stripes I've been using all the way back since my Alt Ironhide, and numerous projects inbetween. Some of the best $9 I've spent Decepticon logo's are all Reprolabels. Thanks for looking!
