The proportions are kind of wonky but that's still a cool piece of work.:thumb

Eh im not patient enough to actually make him transform. So i guess consider him a poseable statue lol. I had a lot of trouble figurin out his height, cuz i used a classics head and its a lot smaller than a real alt's head, so i made him squatty but then i had to fit all the vehicle pieces on and that took a lot of creativity. The doors are on a swivel joint thing so they can pretty much move anywhere.

That is awesome. I'd like to see those alt mode pics, assuming you can TF him without f-ing up the work you've done. Very nice and clean job you've done there.

    BB looks pretty good.

And I'm also going to be doing a GN Alt. just waiting for a Camshaft to arrive for the base. I think I might have to finish my other custom first though. Got too many plans and not enough time, lol.

You should post some pics of your GN when you get time. And Downpipe would be a good name.

I'm going to be naming mine Boost, and going with a G1 Thrust paint theme, keeping the car black but going with burgundy and gunmetal accents, so I thought Boost would be a good name for Thrust as a car.

Nice update for BB while retaining some of the classic G1 elements. Hope to give a shot at my own BB in the future and this has a lot of good ideas for reference. Nice work!

Oh yeah. I have to add that this is one of the cleanest and most professional looking customs I've seen.

That's an incredible looking build. Definitely a great way to bring back the VW

The only thing that seems odd is (at least from the thumbnails) that the way the back of the car body sits, and the position of the tail lights makes it look a bit like BB has giant boobs.

I'm not saying that to be childish or bash this awesome job, but it's just something odd I noticed. It's all a factor of the nature of the vehicle though I'd guess.

Still, as fschuler said, definitely a very professional looking job
