I started this one about 2 years ago... and then I stopped... and I forgot why.

When I restarted I quickly remembered why...... I HATE YELLOW PAINT!!!!!

Seriously this stuff sucks IT doesnt coat well and the spray can clogs all the time. Anyway this is just an Alt Prime obviously with a modded alt Grimlock head. I need to go back and touch it up a bit, but Im just glad to finally have finished it

I agree with yah....yellow is a pain to paint.

But you did a very fine job on this one!!...I really like him. The windshield sticker is a cool touch too

This is awesome. Bumblee's colors work well with this mold.

 

I agree, yellow paint is the worst. But you did a great job with this, even if it's not screaming Bumblebee to me as the character, all your mods are really good.

BINGO! Thats look I was going for; an upgraded bumble bee. Hence the Modified Alt Grimmy head in Goldbugs colors

 

This looks fantastic; despite the fact that he transforms into a truck, with the colourscheme and new face, he instantly screams Goldbug.  

 

I never really liked bumblebee that much, but if he was rolling around like this from the begining that would quite possible be different. Great job!

I like the name you chose. Definitely says Goldbug in the face and paint but is way more fierce looking

 

You must read my mind or something! I'd been working on one of these during the summer and stopped for school. Mine is a custom character named "Solar Fang" and doesn't have the "Rumblebee" stripe on the rear, but it will have the Viper fang stripe on the hood. My yellow pieces are in a tub for moving now *sigh*. clay also has a yellow Ram in progress.

Yours looks especially nice. Great work again!

Well, you know I'd been working all summer on mine, but just halted my customs projects because of school and moving. I'll pick mine back up after the New Year.

Anyways, I'd like to say that I really like all of the treatments of this piece. I dyed the blue pieces black, but I gotta say that the blue parts really give this piece some nice contrast. I like your choice of the Grimlock head as well. I also like the sword you've given him too. You've made some really nice choices. Great work man
