Hey I am having a problem with my Alt Deadend. I started off using Swerve but then I looked at Rumble and his color matches the cartoon Deadend better so I thought I might switch to using my extra Rumble for him. What do you think? Using Rumble means opening a misb version and adding some colors to set him apart from the real Rumble. With swerve he's pretty much done, cuz I don't have a second one but I'll probably add some pin striping to the car mode

id say use rumble, cuz swerve is soooo expensive......

plus the color does match better and i think the civic will look awesome with the gold stripe over it

Go for Rumble, but maybe get rid of the red on the forearms and the blue on the legs (IMO)

I really like that head mod you did.
Hope you don't mind if I use it for my custom Nemesis Razorclaw?

Yeah I shaved the sides too.

Thanks for the advice guys I think I might just use Rumble after all. This means opening my last MISB Rumble, buying a KO Prowl from agesthreeandup for the arms and adding paint to make it him look different than Rumble. I might use my extra Skids arms instead though, I saw that somewhere and it looked pretty good

Yeah, the Civic version looks great. And very unique... you might be the first person to use that mold for a Stunticon.

It sounds like you're planning to paint him up a little differently, too? That's a good idea... right now the chest still looks very Rumble-y, but a little paint could probably solve that.

Oh, and hey... if you buy a KO Prowl just for the arms, let me know! I might be interested in buying his legs off you... warped some Prowl legs in a stupid dying mistake a while back. :p

I'm gonna be awkward and say I prefer the Swerve head mod - the Rumble body looks to 'Rumble-y' (tape chest, etc).

I like both of your customs, but I'm digging the Civic for Dead End for a few reasons:
    • It's not been done before.
    • It'll have to have some more modifications to be "Dead End" (e.g., chest and arms)
    • It suits the character more [imo]

Whatever you decide, be sure to keep us updated! :thumb

I liked Swerve more in the beginning too but now that I've been fiddling with Rumble, I've decided to mod his arms using a junker Skids I've had laying around for a while. Problem is I can't find the thread I saw that showed how to do it. Can anyone help me find it?
