Hey Been doing a few paint jobs recently. Here is Alt Arcee. I have only painted the car mode at the moment and not sure if it needs more white somewhere, possibly around the doors/rear wheel. She will sport a Sculpt_bot Arcee head and alot of white on the body - when I get around to it Anyway, and comments/critisisms/suggestions? Purple suits this car far more than pink, and a purple Arcee is far more original than a pink one. You don't often see purple Autobots either. But I like it, the head will make it obvious who it's supposed to be.
Awesome! I like the Honda S2000 as a fembot. Plowking did a Black Arachnia a while ago from the same mold and it rocked, as it has smooth lines and curves. Looking forward to the finished product.
Her design kinda came about by accident. I was looking for paints for my Turbomaster projects and thought the purple was a cool colour. Originally I was gonna paint her white with pink highlights, but this eemed a bit different to convention so I went with it. Besides, there are already alot of white alts. As a bonus, the crossbow from an Arcee motorbike fits it perfectly - plugs into the socket and all. Im thinking of putting a reprolabels fembot sticker on the bonnet also in purple but not sure yet - what do u guys think? Regards JL PS - this is the bot mode at the moment - very WIP JL
Thanks for the props ....I'm actually in the process of making another one for a popular board member right now.... I agree too, the S2000 mold is very fem to me....dont know why, but it is. I'm diggin the purple you're using...looks good ....so will she have more white visable in bot mode then?... Looking forward to the finish!
Yeah definately more white in bot mode & maybe a little silver where needed to break it up, but exactly where im not sure yet JL
