Well, not many. I think there were 4 Green Ramulas figures in known collections the last time I checked...which was several years ago. He was a planned release for botcon 2001 back when the Harmans were running things (I think) but never made it to full production. To my knowledge, mine is the only uncarded figure.

The Blue convoy is a bit more common with 20 -50 releases (I think). He was one of the first lucky draw figures along with a red (not beast fire convoy) and gold deco.

 

I love your collection. The Gundam collection alone is impressive, let alone all the Transformers. Love the Japanese Beast Wars!

Very nice, was the Optimal Optimus with Megatron's face a 3rd party.

 

Nope, just a half-assed custom. Took Optimal Optimus's head and cut out the face with a dremmel cutting disk. Then carved up a tm1 megatron head to fit in its place. Never painted it or even replaced the screw to hold the head together, but it still reads well in photos. Which reminds me of more crap I need to do, lol.

 

I just glued tm1s head on it. yours looks better put together good job.

Holy necro thread! Thanks man, I try to keep the most complete bw collection that I can. Had to sell my g1 fot Max to finance the green Ramulas. Pretty sure he's the only one loose and most likely the botcon display piece.

I also dig those Telemocha's you have loose. I am tooling around with the idea of collecting/hunting a MISB set of 15. The only one I have so far is Archadis. I just need to get my other shelves complete and maybe then I can have some breathing room.... then again at the rate these MP Beast Wars are coming out... it makes it hard

I am honestly on the fence about collecting the old 3H Botcon stuff. On one hand I appreciate and want them...the 01 Tigatron, the Antagony... but on the other these toys are more than toys to the people who own them - they are memories. And I don't want to really get in the way of that. Plus to me... I am not sure I would get the full appreciation out of owning them as someone who's actually been to Botcon and picked up the toys in person. I am just thankful that the 3H archive site is up and all of the comics/stories have been scanned and uploaded. Plus I believe one of the Hartmans is uploading raw footage now of Botcon to YT via the Botcon Video Archive channel.
