We all know he is oldest Autobot alive and we saw him in "War Dawn" and a few episodes in season 3 and 4. But was he ever mentioned or seen afterwards like in Masterforce or Victory? do the Autobots in Masterforce and Victory knew Alpha-Trion and who he was and what he did?

    Thanks.

Alpha Trion wasn't all that important to G1 after he rebuilt Optimus Prime and sacrificed himself to bring the Aerialbots to life.

So, while it's likely the later Japan only robots knew who he was, there wasn't any actual need to name-drop him on screen. He never even got a toy until Botcon 2007, and even then that's technically NOT the same one from the G1 continuity (it was later retconned into SG Alpha Trion)

Wasn't he in the early part of Headmasters as a ghost?

Yeah, Alpha Trion did appear in the first three-parter of Headmasters as a ghost, having survived the emptying of the Matrix. He recharged the Matrix by re-entering it, and that was the last we saw of him.

Wasn't he also part of the original revolt from the Quints as A3? So he goes waaaay back. Even before War Dawn.

We have no way of knowing that. As Masterforce and Victory drifted away from using the Power Pack, er, Matrix, as a plot device (and Cybertron itself was destroyed in Headmasters), it's possible those characters knew less about Cybertronian history. After all, the G1 characters themselves didn't know everything about Alpha Trion until they had the flashback/time travel episodes. But it is possible they knew something of him just in general.

Considering that he was around for the uprising against the Quintessons and the Transformers didn't invent the ability to transform until much later, he probably never had one.
