I was so excited to see Landmine announced because Beachcomber had to be my no.1 fav on the show as a kid. Of couse that hideous head had to go and I thought that Longview had the best shades out of all the Movie figs. A big thanks to @l3x and Boggs6ft7 for color inspiration. He even scored a weapon while at the photo shoot on the beach!

Great colours, and a great choice for the head. Very cool.

Being that it's Beachcomber, the only objection I have is the gun and the military elements of the altmode.

The driftwood pic is nice too.

I love how you sanded off all the rivets on the body panels. My ONLY gripe is the windshield. I clashes now. I'd have tried to remove the two armor plates and the rivets there too I think.

This one really reminds me of the G1, especially the choice of paint scheme. Good work!

 

Easily my favorite of the 'comber mods that I've seen on here. The matt grey on the legs and torso really gives it that proper G1 feel.
