Based on info we've heard for the past month or so, this is ALLEDGEDLY a CONCEPT for the Movie Starscream design:

Transtech?

 

That would be sick!!! I love it, and I think the transformation scheme would be like the mechs in the Japanese film "The Returner" with LOTS of shifting and sliding parts and plates that fit together to make the plane.....which is awesome.

I'm sure the reason this thread has so little posts is because so many fans are suffering from a heart attack but as a fan of all things mecha I'll be excited to know that this is indeed official

That's.................weird looking.   Legs look like a four-legged animals hind legs and the arms are too long.

 

Not sure what to think really.

The head looks iffy, but I quite like the design overall. Not really Starscream material though.

 

looking at the cockpit of the jet on the robotmode, that doesn't look possible to make into a toy at all.. the rest of its entirely too big, ESPECIALLY the gorilla arms... would be nice if it could KINDA resemble the bot, he's pretty much had the same head in every incarnation...

First the character name choices and now this???? I don't think I'm likeing this at all.....

 

It looks… awful, okay its just a pick it could get better but that looks nothing like starscream I mean I could totally take it as a TF, could even quite loke it, its got a nice savage looking bot mode, but it looks nothing like screamer. I’m no G1 fan boy but if they are trying to get people that watched TF’s as kids in to see this film like they said they were they have got to look at least some thing G1.

Okay nice idea but not for starscream please.

 

There's no reason to neccessarily freak out, it's maybe not real, and even if it is real many concepts are produced that bear no releation to the final design.

But damn, that is hideous. All time worst idea ever winner.

Looks positively stupid. Hopefully just an abandoned concept.

So far off base, it's laughable. It's as if they made the movie version of Wolverine a 12-year-old girl.

that is one of the ugliest robot modes i have ever seen

looks like they took cybertron crumplezone and said how can we make it uglier and worse

 

its shit, and there's no way any of the TFs are gonna look like that in the movie.

 

IMO it works if they want to portray the TF's as the "big bad" Alien monstrosities that have infiltrated Earth. To be honest I kind of like it, but I also am torn with wanting to see the designs as Geewun on the big screen.

 

Its probably just fan made or maybe by some talented guy on a Japanese image board.... you can still see the pencil lines under what looks like a quick photoshop sketch. doesnt look like anything special but it might just be a professionals really really rough sketch

 

That pic kinda reminds me of Transtech, in that it's pretty out there compared to my notion of what Transformers should look like.

Unlike most Transtech designs though, I have no idea how that thing could possibly transform.
