OK, so I think I am getting down to the bottom of all this TF Prime confusion. So I though I would start a thread to state what I know. I could update this with other peoples things as well.

The First Edition line is 2.5 waves. Wave 1 is Bumblebee, Arcee, and Starscream, wave 1.5 is Cliffjumper, and Wave 2 is the Vehicon and Terrocon Cliffjumper. This may or may not be a limited release. More information is needed on this.
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

There will be another wave of BB and CJ with newly designed molds. So First edition and the new figures will be slightly different.
    [IMG][IMG]

There will be a release of Voyager sized Optimus and Bulkhead under the First Edition banner.
    [IMG][IMG]

There will eventually be a release of Voyager sized Starscream and Megatron

There are 2 limited edition sets, the NYCC Bumblebee/Arcee/kids and the SDCC Deluxe sized Prime.
    [IMG][IMG]

There will be an Entertainment Pack with deluxe size Prime and Megatron and the kids.
    [IMG][IMG]

Hasbro has also announced a Deluxe sized Wheeljack and Soundwave figure. This will be packaged with the new CJ and BB Molds under RiD title.
    [IMG][IMG]

we've been shown prototypes of Voyager Skyquake and Deluxe Knock Out
    [IMG][IMG]

Quick comparison between Deluxe and Voyager Prime and also, Prime Arcee with NYCC Arcee

Where does the "Robots in Disguise" title come in?

Isn't the TFP line called TFP?

    Can someone please clarify?

Excellent info. I just want to add that those labeled as "robots in disguise" (CJ and SW) were handpainted and the final product will probably be different, just so you know what to consider if you're gonna choose between cliffjumpers.

So this may mean Arcee may get a new mold in the actual main line like Bumblebee and Cliffjumper did after all? That would be great if that was true but maybe we'll find out next year! Soundwave looks equally as impressive and I'm total going to get him as well! I wonder if the New York toy fair will show us the rest of the TFP voyagers like Skyquake and Starscream next year?

I wouldn't say one is closer matched to the show vs. not. The weaponry of the second mold of Cliffy sucks. If it was the second mold + first mold's weapon, it would have been sold.

I wonder if I should wait for the remolded version of Bumblebee instead of getting the first edition version? I'm not seeing much difference between the two version to be honest. I mean the actual main line version has two blasters while the old one has one.

Nothing about Arcee getting a new mold. Just the same mold she has. Only CJ and BB are confirmed to have new molds.

There are also First Editions of the 2 voyagers and entertainment pack, it is unknown at this time if those will be straight re-issues in the main line (though it is highly likely they will be)

Was a Voyager Soundwave mentioned at some point?

    I may be wrong.

This. I would say that each Cliffjumper mold is about 50% more show accurate than the other. I guess you'll just have to take your pick as to which one you like the best.

But I've heard people saying she'll have a new mold that will be completly different from the first mold. I mean she's one of the show's best characters and if Hasbro's really pushing to make fembot characters more relevent and have more major roles in the future they may want to make more size versions of the character. Since she already has a legion class toy this is very likely. I'm not saying this as a fan, I'm saying this as actual fact if they want more girls to buy transformers toys.

People or Hasbro? For now, this is more just announced figures vs. rumors.

Things you also may want to mention:

    - we've been shown prototypes of Voyager Skyquake and Deluxe Knock Out
    - we've had some confirmation on a Deluxe Ratchet
    - the Terrorcon Cliffjumper retool/redeco of First Edition CJ
    - the Vehicon/Eradicon drone (though I don't recall if that was confirmed for First Edition or not)
    - the entire Cyberverse line

We've also seen pictures of a Voyager class Skyquake that could be coming out at the same time as Starscream's Voyager. There's also a Voyager Breakdown and Deluxe Knockout on the way.

You are a GENTLEMAN, Alucard77. Thanks forever for this contribution. Next time someone expresses confusion by shouting rudely I will stamp the link to this thread backwards into their forehead.

I would like to say, however, that while in the opinion of many a Voyager-class Megatron is a no-brainer, it is NOT confirmed in any official capacity. We have seen Voyager Starscream and Skyquake, NOT Megatron. (As a matter of fact they might skip straight to Leader class with him, as I'll bet anything he and Optimus get Leaders in the mainline.)

Also, thank you for reminding me how stupidly good many of these toys look. :D

So the first edition of the Prime line might be a limited release correct?
