Superman Confidential and Batman Confidential are DC's "We're sorry" titles for the shittiness that is the All-Star line.
Yeah, I'm just surprised they're doing All-Star material... though didn't the company doing the reprints switch? Maybe they're jumping ahead a bit.
Panini are still doing the Marvel stuff, and have just brought out a new title, 'Marvel Legends' which I'm quite excited about, they're reprinting the whole Winter Soldier story and I never picked that up before. Titan are now doing DC, but I find their story choices kinda odd. All Star Batman and Robin... well we'll see. We're already up to issue 2, makes you wonder if it'll be an unbroken run.
All Star Batman and Robin now appears to be solicited for May 16 according to DCs solicitations for May 2007. Previously it was April 4th.
Nah, we gotta set a bet on which order these will be published in, from first to last: ULTIMATES 2 #13 ULTIMATES 3 #1 ALL-STAR BATMAN AND ROBIN #5 DAREDEVIL/BULLSEYE: THE TARGET #2 BATTLE CHASERS #10 WILDSIDERZ #3 MIRACLEMAN #25 EDIT: Also as DevilzFan pointed out, ULTIMATE WOLVERINE VS HULK #3.
Well, to be fair, Marvel said Ult. Hulk vs. Wolverine has been canceled until all 4 remaining issues are finished. So, we'll see them by 2014 hopefully.
What about Wildcats #2? The core Wildstorm book has been out for almost 4 or 5 months now, with only the first issue of the flagship series shipping.
Well we know battle Chasers will never be continued, Ultimates 3 #1 will be on time but is just waiting for Volume 2 to finish up, which should be sometime soon. Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk was recently said to be slated to be scripted after whoever is writing it finishes his current TV/Movie project. DD Target will never finish. Ever.
As one of their flagship titles, Ultimates 2 not finished is kinda embarassing for Marvel, especially since the recent Ultimates Annual (set after Ultimates 2) has been out for a while.
Yeah, I was so disappointed by the delay in Ultimate Hulk vs Wolverine. Extremely disappointed. This kind of things shouldn't happen in a company like Marvel.
