My rarest would be TFcon Toxin followed by Headrobots Gyro kit. Also TFcon Stronghold, legends Cosmos and Wheelie, Aveo Swerve, City Commander, MJ's Junkion kits.

I don't think I own anything I would call "rare" lol. I have a bunch of classics/universe/RtS/generations, a growing collection of Fansproject stuff (completed Bruticus, CC, Protector, Defender), and a few Alternators though.
Squawkbox. Not sure if he's rare, but he was a horror to find. especially in the condition I have him in.
Probably not what you were looking for but the one that I brag about hte most is getting a ROTF Brut for a steal from my cousin's son. Almost felt bad about it since this thing was going for $150-$200 on ebay at the time. So I guess getting ROTF Bruticus for cheap is pretty rare.
Botcon '05-11 box sets, pretty rare as in UK. All 3 FP Commander armours, Protector and SS. 84-86 complete. All classics. Some awesome customs Fort and Brave Max MIB Rarest as in one you just never, ever see. MIB Action Master gutcruncher, this guy is minty and isn't even displayed with my collection.
probably my first release city commander & shadow scyther, or my complete botcon 06' Maximals. Nothing to brag about I suppose but I LOVE my Universe 1.0 Nemesis Prime... I think it's the greatest repaint since Energon Dreadwing.
heheh Yeah, I got both RotF Bruticus and Superion from a friend that was just wanting to get rid of them for $20 total. They got them for clearance at Target, so didn't want anything more for them.

A $45 Aveo Swerve (and free first class shipping). I've never seen another Swerve go for anything under $50. Send them to me and I'll check for you.
My Rarest TF is probably my Hard Hero Wheeljack Bust,I bought it 3 or 4 years ago,and it is limited to (I think) 1000 pieces,and mine was numbered at 997. Even though some people may not consider that a true TF,I do and he was worth every penny of the $25 I paid for him with shipping.I may have some figures that are popular but I wouldn't really consider them rare like the Takara MP Grimlock and BW Neo Heinlad.
