This is exciting! More behind the scenes stuff, and Alien 3 extended version has newly dubbed audio from the actual actors! (If you don't know, Alien 3 was cut the hell up to the point the movie barely makes sense, scenes were later added to flesh out the story, but the audio was not recorded well at the time.)

I had my quadrilogy stolen, so this is a must buy! Plus, maybe sales will speed up that Alien prequel Ridley is looking at.

It's the extended version on the quadrilogy, but with better audio for the additional scenes. It makes a sub par movie into what David Fincher had intended before Fox fucked it all up.

Alien comes out of a dead steer, super facehugger, more explanation about Golic, and what his plans were, and what happened to those plans at the end...there was a whole plot sequence removed from the original movie. And Ripley does not have an alien rip out of her at the end, I thought that was cheesy, I guess Fincher did too.

Well, I ended up getting the Quadrilogy DVD set for super cheap on Amazon, then turning around and selling the previous 4-pack for a net $5 gain. :lol  So I guess I won't mind shelling out for the series again.

The only thing I wont like is the scenes in Aliens that are grainy from the start. I.E. "They cut the power!" That might not look better.

Oh, yeah. Filmed > 5-10 years ago + dark scenes = not attractive in high-def.
