I want to grab the Airwolf DVDs but before i go out wallet-blazing, i wanted to know if i should just get the first 2 seasons or pay for subpar eps just to be a completist? so at what point did Airwolf take a nose dive to you? Season 3 (or was it passable) or that last season on USA network?
Season 3 still has some good episodes, so I'd get that as well. Ok, so And a Child Shall Lead can go fuck itself, but you'd be kicking yourself if you missed out on Airwolf II. Just don't get season 4 if you can possibly help it.
Season 4 hasn't been released on DVD to my Knowledge(probably for the obvious reasons) Season 1 is the best season and two is pretty good. After that the actor had some issues with alcohol and the show went to crap.
The hair isn't exactly right, but ya know what? to heck with me nitpicking! i think that on a shelf, it looks pretty damn good. and i like the stand,too. I thought Season 4 was out, but i may have that wrong. I know i am getting Seasons 1&2 for Christmas, so I am flightworthy happy! The show doesn't age all that well, but i can still watch it because as i get older, the Bell 222B keeps looking better and better. It is THE elite corporate chopper, in my book. a classy chassis, ya know? I can watch Airwolf fly and ignore shallow plot points most times, if i want, right?
