So Im in the market for an Air Brush and compresspr seeing as mine is in storage somewhere in the states.

So can any one make a solid recommendation maybe for a combo kit? Keeping in mind that Im living in Japan and space is limited Im looking for a smaller compressor, and something that wont kill me on shipping

Theres a small transparent blue Testors AC on base for $99 but I dont know much about it.

I usually recommend the following. You should be able (if you hunt hard enough) to get both for about $150, shipping might be another story, thought I continuously see a lot of sellers in Asia (ebay) with these products)

Oilless 40 PSI compressor (sometimes on sale for even less than it's listed on their site)
1/8 HP, 40 PSI Oilless Airbrush Compressor - Compressors- Oil Free - Air Tools

Iwata HP-C air brush. (Personally been using this type for almost 20 years, perfect for customs, murals, 2d art, car graphics, etc) Easy to fix / replace parts if needed) I've seen them used on ebay for +/- $75
    ★IWATA MODEL HP-C AIRBRUSH GUN★ ★GREAT DEAL★ (NEW) - eBay (item 320654838834 end time Mar-10-11 20:54:36 PST)

Thanks for bumping, I've been wondering what to buy. I had set aside around $300 for it based on prices I was seeing at Michaels/Hobby Lobby. If we were still willing to spend more, is it worth it? Or is the $150 one just as good as the more expensive ones? Based on Frenzy's customs, I'll have to say the brush is more than adequate. :)  What about the compressor?
