I've got nothing but great things to say about this dude and his on-line store! First of all, he has flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S. for only $8.99!! And he's shipping from Canada!!!! Hell, yeah! Second of all, he has great communication skills. We spoke a few times via e-mail before a purchase was made and he responded very promptly. And, third of all, a bunch of friends and I put together a 34-piece order and it all came safe and sound, and quite quickly, to boot. I definitely plan to deal with agesthreeandup again! Thanks, man!

I had a terrible experience with agesthreeandup and was screwed out of about $100, but that was at their old store.

I basically brought some items from them, which the owner claims they shipped, but he was never able to provide me with any tracking info. Eventually the say they shipped it again, but were also unable to provide me with any tracking info, nor could they even tell me what service they used to ship to me. I had paid with paypal, but the time frame to file a complaint had passed and I was basically told to screw at that point. I still have all the e-mail communication saved, this was back in the summer of 2005.

It especially pissed me off because I was out on an injury at the time, bed incapacitated by a back injury for several months so had turned to online shopping. I payed for the toys with part of a workman's compensation check, as I desperately needed a toy fix at the time.

At this point I have given up on trying to get my money back from Spencer, but I have saved all e-mail communication. Unfortunately I do not have copied of phone communications with him.

Buyer Beware, my experience with agesthreeandup nearly turned me off of buying online altogether. Fortunately I discovered TFSource, Digital Toys, and Captured Prey since then, and those stores along with BBTS get my business now.

If Bill's Toys and Games gets a D, Ages Three and Up are off the alphabet on my scale.

    ages three and up

I am deeply considering shopping from A3&U.com, and am in need of some convincing. I have 2 items in mind and I have been wondering about the following:

    Are they trustworthy?

    Do they have good communication?

Is the shipping to Ontario fast?

I noticed they used Paypal, are the paying terms easy?

    Thanks in advance.

    EDIT:

    I meant Is.

A3U is trustworthy, communication solid, and shipping is probably expedited just like the other online toy stores in Canada.

I've had the best service with them.

My last order was missing the MP chrome stack replacements (I asked spencer to add it to my order at the last minute), and they sent em ASAP once I let them know it was missing from my shipment.

Gee I hope not. I was pretty certain with A3U up until that. Kooltoyz.ca delivers in 4 days tops.

Then again A3U is in BC, anyone know if they ship Canada post?

    P.S.

Can you update or post when your KO's arrive?

Well, if my MP-05 clears customs and I get it unharmed, then they will forever get my import business.
