    Just announced! Ages three and up website has confirmed that they will not be getting the modified MP-05 in their shipments!

    I thought it was confirmed that only BBTS would be putting the orange tips on their stock of MP-05. Every other store will sell them with out any modifications.

    No a few other stores like digital-toys are selling modified versions

    I just ordered through TFSource since they offered a refund if it had to be modified.

    I hope it's sorted out before next month, I told my wife and mother to put their birthday money together and pre-order one of these bad boys for me.

    I haven't seen HLJ say anything about modifying their shipments of MP-05, which is why I preorded mine from them.

    That's the route I went too. I wonder how this is confirmed for them though. Doesn't Canada adhere to the same child safety laws as the U.S.? I'm thinking not, but it would make sense considering the stateside TF product is the same as what they get. I just assumed it would be so I guess. Of course if he's packaged in bot mode all of this speculation and hoopla about orange caps is meaningless.
