$60 was how much the original Masterpiece Grimlock was, so that would be great if they kept it the same. I would pay that no problem for such a figure.

 

I would love to get some but none of my local Targets have any AOE stuff in stock. My local Toys r us has a few things but none of the Generations Deluxes or Voyagers. And my Walmart has absolutely nothing at all (no surprise). Feels bad man....

 

A Toys R us in Chester! They didn't even have any display boards to promote them. They were underneath a giant Lego movie poster next to some DOTM stock and TFP BH stuff. Where the main shelf for the figures is there aren't any there either.

If anyone is having trouble finding AoE Generations, they might get stocked during the week when the Voyagers are in stock, the Voyagers have been...delayed for some reason, possibly a shipping error the way the girl who served me spoke about it, so some might not put the deluxes out until the voyagers show up, most however it seems put the deluxes out anyway  

 

I don't have a link. That was the price that was printed on my raincheck ticket. You can verify it in-store if you like.

 

I only got Strafe and Hound. The smaller simpler ones. I really do like the chrome on Grimlock so I'm considering it.

Went to TRU and pick up the set of 4 Kre-o Micro-changer combiner teams and a deluxe Scorn all with a 20% off coupon.

 

Dinobots A and B are ordered.

 

Went to target they only had pegs full of beast hunters skylinx. Toys r us had nothing, Nada, zip transformers. Next Target nothing. I got one more target to go to. I just can't tell you how pissed off I am. Luckily I did get some stuff from hasbrotoyshop on the mail yesterday.

 

I've got them on my shelf right now and the new one is anything but 'just' shorter. The new one only comes up to his bigger brother's shoulders. As for plastic mass it's half at best. Yes, plastic costs increase. However, when the company takes the ax to the plastic AND increases the price that's one hell of a price increase to the consumer. My wife damn near threw a clot when she saw the difference between the two when she knew the prices as well. I can't blame her honestly. Guess I'll stick to the other lines provided those don't get jacked like the movie sets.

 

hasbro movie toys are always crap. the real generations are always good.

Extend HO bees feet all the way out, near enough same size. Hell, i just sized them up, and he is actually a hair taller!

Yeh the plastic mass is different but HO Bee is a poor example of the mass in the new figures, check Scorn out or Slug, hell even Crosshairs, much better mass.

 

He's the same height, but that sure is a sizeable difference in mass...

But then, it seems like they're all more streamlined in the movie, so I guess that could be accurate?
