WHOOPS and then I didn't post anything for a while bc distractions. Uh. Time for some small kinda warmup doodles of character designs I've had laying around for a bit! First from today, got giftart from a pal of a cybertronian clown after discussing the idea so I made my own- a little harlequin-inspired moped named Quin. And from a little while ago, some requests from two of the discord servers I'm on. First up is Cosmos, who is...incredibly fun to come up with redesigns for. A good, round space boy. And Windcharger, who is probably up to absolutely no goddamn good at all.

Drawing robots is hard and sometimes u need to take a break by drawing your favorite robots as humans and actually bothering to do some artistic stuff with it. Bumblebee and Arcee's usual holomatter avatars from a project, TF: Matrix- these ones are their favorites, but every autobot has a good half-dozen at least, for different purposes. You absolutely know, deep in your heart, that Bumblebee would be that guy who wears cargo shorts and flip-flops everywhere, regardless of if it's appropriate or not. Downside: In the particular project a minor plot point is that Bumblebee is more than slightly Insecticon in heritage, so uh. That translates. Weirdly to humanformer ideas. BRINDLEFLYYYYYYYYYYY
I dig your visual style, that Cosmos design is really creatively unique. I also like your Bulkhead and Arcee.
Guess who's WAY better at drawing dinosaurs than she is at drawing robots????? IT'S ME and it's time for a Dinobot design! His winglets are usually folded, but when he spreads them you can see the iridescent bar markings on them. Real sexy stuff, if you're a bird or another dakotaraptor, I guess. (Also decided upon Dakotaraptor for a couple of reasons but mostly bc Velociraptors are so??? noodly? Skinnie things. This local cranky techno-organic here here and he's looking for honor. Someone please hit him up with some Honor. This...was a ton of fun. I look forwards to doing a few more BW/BM designs, as I absorb more of the show! Guest appearance by my rattrap design, which has popped up on my tumblr before but I'm still working on. be strong, dinobot. be strong for mother.
This might actually be the best Dinobot design I've ever seen! I've always loved the concept of him (and BW Megs) with feathers, so it's awesome to see it done so well here! I especially love the bone-structure of his original design translated into both his beast mode and robot mode here. In fact he looks straight up like he could jump out of a tv-show. Maybe one from the mid-2000s or late 90s.

Also drew @GingaMagnus a Guiltaur design for one of my longer-term projects because I am a kind and loving god and their enthusiasm for Guiltaur is honestly kind of infectious. Also real happy with how the energy projection wings/halo/HUD turned out.
my son it is my mission to infect everyone on this site with my enthusiasm for this obscure ass character Brilliant work with both winged bots, Agatha! Naturally, I love how Guiltaur turned out with details like the angel wings/"feathers", the blank white eyes, and his projections. Definitely an awesome interpretation of the character.
I was gonna ask "Which One" but then I realized the obvious answer is that they should fight over the compliment, as is the nature of Starscreams. Only occasionally, sadly. When the mood strikes me and when I've got time for it! I've got a few more requests and whatnot coming down the pipeline.
