On a serious note, I was gonna suggest Spybot, but since you've tried that, not sure. Sorry.

A more advanced and tedious method is HijackThis
You'll generate a text file with a list of applications running and then need to go to a tech support forum that has members who should be able to identify the malware.

Throw everything on disc (or ghost drive), turn off pc, turn back on and start hitting F10 repeatedly.
Then follow the steps from there

Try 'Avast', it's worked for me for a long time since Onslaught86 first suggested it to me, plus it's pirate related! Pirates ftw!

The Spyware Doctor (which is part of the Google Pack) is pretty good. Use this program as well as Spybot Search and Destroy and Lavasoft Ad-Aware. These three do a pretty good job of eliminating spyware. If you are still having problems after running each of these programs several times, move on to Hijack This, but be sure you know what you're deleting and make sure you back up your registry before deleting anything.

Moroni, is Avast free? I'll have to try it as well.
