Anyone have suggestions on how to keep TFTM Incinerator's lower legs from popping off during transformation? They're attached by a plug that just pops into a hole in the upper legs, but they keep popping out...it seems to be a recurring problem with this kind of attachment system...
Any advice or tutorials on how to fix this kind of problem?

interesting, mine are tight as can be. I think it's the first I've heard of one having this problem too. I'd just coat the pegHOLE with some future floor finish

I don't have him close by, but if the pegs you're talking about are the kind that have two prongs with a slit between them, what I do is cut a shim or two out of a plastic bottle and jam them tightly between the prongs.

It keeps them spread apart and prevents them from compressing together when force is put on the peg.
