Pretty simple fair here. The Samurai MZ (Shinken-Oh in my collection) "hands" always bugged me.

So I had a set of cast Transformers MP Prime hands kicking around, that fit perfectly in scale for the S:MZ.
I took some other misc TF parts & bulit a base that would blend in with the over all look of the Mecha.

It's a Work in Progress, some more updates will come over time.

I just bought him last night. About how much of a pain would it be for me to do that to mine? Because that just looks so much better.

A moderate to high P.I.T.A factor, just the cutting out of un-needed plastic on the Saru Origami alone. took me about 3 hours.
All told It's take me about a week & a half (about an hour a day) to get to this point.

To be fair, the US MZ version does make a better combined form, then the Japanese Shinken-Oh. But that about the only thing it does better.

    Thanks.

I agree with the knees and elbows. But the monkey/Saru Origami needs to have the full 3 modes, exspcially since all 12 mechs have been relesed in the us now.
