Hmmm interesting even though WFC is probably the better game I always felt ROTF had the more dynamic controls playing as a Transformer... I guess if High Moon can combine the gameplay of ROTF and the cinematic story telling of WfC we will have a winner on our hands. Since it's High Moon I'm also hopeful we will get a big roster it's sucked the last few games being limited to 5 robots per a side, without DLC.

But I'm curious to just how far back this prequel will be if Megs is still in Tank Mode (On a side note I hope they give Megatron his truck alt mode at some point in the story, I've taken a liking to his new form and it would blow going back to being stuck in fat ass tank mode all game!), would be cool if this game picks up straight after ROTF and leads directly into DOTM... But please don't base it off IDW prequel/sequel comics!

Hopefully this game is decent, we may forget since DOTM is the last movie this could be potentially the last Bayformers game too, ROTF with all it's faults was a step in the right direction maybe it's third time right? Send the series out with a bang.

 

Personally I think the nerdfandom rage was worthless in the last couple of pages but oh well.
Anyways I'm just happy that high moon is making the game, which means we can expect a satisfying single player experience.  

 

As OP as Jazz or Sideswipe were they were easily destroyed by Long haul and Ironhide

I might actually play this. Sure it's shovelware, but it's shovelware that expands the story AND is made by High Moon.

 

Nothing quite as enjoyable as seeing a disc-spamming Jazz come to a dead halt and scramble to run away as they get pelted by grenades from a still very alive Long Haul.

 

I hope they make some of the more obscure-looking characters available to play in singleplayer and multiplayer. Did anyone else absolutely love being Scorponok in the first game?

Hmm, I will get since High moon is doing it but I would have prefered it if this project were given to another team so highmoon would have more time to focus on WFC 2

OMG fuck yessss! This is what I was hoping for in my dreams! WFC's great gameplay with the movie-verse's awesome designs. Plus, it's more likely to be good since it won't have to follow the dotm plot, but is rather a prequel. ALSO, it means that I won't have to wait til I see the movie in order to play the game, since I won't be spoiling the plot for myself!

 

Highmoon?? No way!! My hopes for this game just skyrocketed!!

 

I think it will be a decent Game. There a good developer but even a good one has a hard time making a game with a short Time giving.

 

Well seeing as they've been working on it since last year I wouldn't say it's that short of a time. It is a crunch though. Luckily they have most of the ground work done from WfC.
