The more eagle-eyed among you will have noticed that I've recently changed my profile picture and signature to reflect an eye-searing image of a certain Seeker in his Action Master color-scheme. The recent news that FP tried (but failed) to get Action Master Thundercracker done for BotCon 2010, coupled with the news that they chose to do G2 Ramjet as 2011 club exclusive instead of AMTC has gotten a number of fans involved in a campaign to get someone (FP, BBTS, Hasbro, Tomy, we don't really care) to make this toy. To that end, club member Crazy Jetty has created the image of the shade-bearing AMTC that we are making available to anyone who wants to join in the campaign. You can find a few variations on this image at Picasa. Feel free to adapt these as you wish (if you are able to give Crazy Jetty credit and/or post a link to his deviantART page, we certainly appreciate it) and post wherever you want! Raise your voices!

You can see more information at my blog. I'm also encouraging fans on Twitter to retweet this link and/or use the hashtag #AMThundercracker.

    Make it happen!

I actually plan to mold one of my own. But I definately second this (I even colored a seeker in WFC in this color scheme).

I certainly in no way want to suggest that fans who can do customs or molds should refrain from doing so. But I do feel that it's "not the same thing" and so want to push for this for those fans (including myself, really) who don't have these skills.

Oh absolutely! I 100% support a Hasbro/Takara officially produced version. Save me a lot of work.

Chances of Hasbro releasing this - 0%
Changes of Takara releasing this at mass retail - 0%

I'm assuming you've already created one of these treads on the TFCC forums? If yes, a link there would be great.

Yes, a thread exists (actually, the one there predates this particular push, but this grew out of some of that...). If you are a club member, it can be found at: Transformers Collectors' Club: Members ONLY (it's already 5 pages long)

The colors are downright insane. I didn't think I would like this years' Botcon exclusives because of G2, until I had them in hand. All those glorious pastels and almost florescent colors complementing and clashing with each other.

I'd definitely buy if Action Master Thundercracker ever came out. Put me down for 2....:)

I'll post this message in the Club forums as well.

If Hasbro releases a Classics/Generations Thundercracker is that more or less incentive for the club to release an AMTC?

I imagine it depends on timing. After all, Dirge/Thrust is why we didn't get either Ramjet or AMTC at BotCon 2010. But if the timing dovetails well enough, I certainly don't see the release of Classics TC as a bad thing.

This would actually be nice to see, along with a mass-retail release of Thundercracker in his regular colours. And this would be a cool toy because it's double-purpose:

Classics Seeker body + Action Master Thundercracker colours = Shattered Glass Thundercracker.

I'll show my support by finally adding a profile pic with my 635th post.

    Lets see if this works.

There's also a poll on the club boards (in the feedback section) so tell a friend...there's a place to put the numbers who want this to a vote :)

I don't know. It's not AMTC without the overalls.
