There are two obvious problems for making an accurate G1 Galvy: the upper arms and the lower legs. I think I may have thought of a way to fix this. The inner sides would separate into two parts and slide into the outer sides. Then, the outer sides would slide apart. I've drawn a very simplified image in MS Paint to explain. The red's the outer side, the blue's the inner side, the purple's the inner side that's being covered up by the outer side, and the green's the plastic that the outer side slides in half on, if that makes sense. Obviously, there are a couple problems with it, such as how the green would stay straight when the outer side is slid together. Comments?
