Wow! Megatron looks huge for a voyager class figure.

YESSSS! That's awesome (though inaccurate). And, actually, Optimus also is a really tiny voyager. All the pics of him with the other toys show him being just a little taller than Ratchet.

I think my official want list consists of Grimlock, Megatron, Lockdown, Brawl and Blackout. They all look quite nice.
    The rest... Pass.

Brawl oddly enough looks more like a Robot Replicas release, which is pretty cool in that the alt mode parts aren't as obvious as the previous releases.

Can't say I'm entirely happy with the shade of grey plastic used on Megs....

But I've been waiting since 2009 for an accurate toy of this design, and for that reason I'm willing to overlook it.

Negative, first trilogy megs was HUGE compared to all the other regularly occurring characters.

This guy looks great, i was worried there was no way he’d be taller than blackout, but he is!!!

Well blackout is 33ft tall and megs is 35ft , prime is also 28ft tall and the line is supposed to be in scale so I’m not surprised. All according to tfwiki.

Just proves that when bay said “scale is consistent” he wasn’t exactly being truthful. Just like every other series, bot mode scale changed from scene to scene for dramatic effect.

Anyway, these look so gooood, while i'm buying this for my SS/GHUG collection, i do hope WJ makes oversized versions of the Megatron, blackout, brawl and grimlock, at least meanwhile we don't have the MP versions yet.

That was exactly the scene that I had in mind when I said that the scale between the toys wasn't accurate. However, I think that the problem actually is Optimus' size. He is so tiny. Battle Blades OP will probably scale much better with the other figures than this one.

I mean, they’re certainly accurate to the official heights. Optimus is “officially” 28 feet tall, and Megatron is “officially” 35 feet tall.

Though, as Seth sunthay has pointed out in the past, in the first film at least, the animators constructed prime as if he was only 25 feet tall. In the end, scale is in the eye of the beholder.

The TL lighting isn't exactly flattering the figures, but thanks for the pics nonetheless !

Personally, I think the Studio Series' voyager and leader figures are the best iterations we've had so far. Glad I po'd some of them, despite being not-into-movie-verse anymore.

Megs looks good, but I think OS TLK Megs is still going to be my definitive movie Megs, with Leader ROTF Prime.

The only voyager that is the best iteration in my eyes is Megatron. Leader prime, leader brawl (for the most part) and leader starscream blow these voyagers away. Brawl is a close call but this voyagers arms look too mangled and messy. The leaders of this line are hands down amazing.
