Remember the infamous lip shot? A lot of people thought that he was lying down on the ground, but some people on DM.Net noticed that Sam/Mikaela's location in the Prime shot doesn't match their location in the pic with Ironhide (same scene, same alley).

I would post pics to go along with it, but since Paramount requested the staff to take these down...Well, you get my point.
