aside from going to the con itself is there a way to get them, EXCLUDING ebay? becuase it doesnnt look like ill be going this year, but i still want those exclusives and was wondering if there was a way for me to get them

For example does hasbro toy shop happen to sell them after the con?
    perhaps the club store?

    thank you.

There are non-attendee sets available that are shipped, but do not cover all of the figures available at the convention.

HTS does not sell them, though Fun Pub will, although they've sold out before the show ends the last couple years.

You could pay someone to go and ask they give you the set in return...

Yeah, you can check collector's club shop. Or try you luck here.

    Ebay:
The club store will have any extra add on sets for sale after botcon.

The sets are also known to pop up on various online stores such as BBTS marked up as one should expect and i have seen some on Amazon.com as well. Transformerland even gets a few on occasion that for them its few and far between and they seem to sell fast.

Just get an Iacon set. Non-attending. It's why they make them. Souvenir packs, you'll have to grab on the secondary market.

Or,you know, just go to the con.

    Ebay:
Robot Kingdom, TFSource and Toy Arena will also typically get the Botcon toys in along with BBTS, though with a similar markup in price.

If you can find someone who's willing to pick up and ship the toys to you I'd recommend it. It should be cheaper that way than shopping at online retailers or eBay.

If you do wait though, you can catch some decent deals on eBay and here from fellow members a few months or so after the convention when initial demand has died down a bit.

I dont think so, people have done this kind of thing before IIRC. Probably want to make it in the conventions section or wanted items section, I don't know where.

You could also see if anyone's offering their set already in junkion.

There are ALWAYS people looking to just sell their set asap in Junkion from here or some other method. Just keep a check if you're interested!

In a lot of cases it can be more difficult to pick and choose than to just buy the entire set, especially with the most popular figures. Not saying it's impossible, but just something to keep in mind.

Yup! If one wants just certain figures, they'd be much better off trying to find a friend to split the set with or sell the unwanted figures.

It would probably be easier ( and maybe cheaper ) to just go to the Botcon site and order the non-attendee package. Especially if the only toys you want are in the box set.
