    UPDATE 7-9-2014...finally!

    UPDATE 9-12-13 Painted Hun-grrr Take a Look :)

    UPDATE 5-4-13 Page 2

Combined mode done! Take a Look :)

I thought instead of starting another thread for Blot I would just start one to continuously update with all of these guys. The weather is still crappy out my way so I'm still in spray paint limbo for everything else I have built (I really need to build a spray booth) so I'm just adding to that list until old man winter goes away.

2 things have held up this project, Blot and Hun-grrr's legs. I finally got Blot started and if you look in the pics, Hun-grrr has 2 different legs...the larger one is working and should fix my issue, it slides up to allow for the combined mode. Hopefully I can get a combiner up soon.

Here are the links to the other threads for reference:

    Hun-grrr
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/430546-hun-grrr-wip.html

    RipperSnapper
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/445559-rippersnapper-wip.html

    Sinnertwin
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/456337-sinnertrin-wip.html

    Cutthroat
    http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/463252-cutthroat-wip.html

Now, on to Blot. Same mold as RipperSnapper but a different take. Both of these will get a head swap and Blot will bet some body work in Bot mode to further separate him, but as for now, I'm just happy figuring out his ALT mode. As for the "backpack" I will most like remove the back as I tried it with the bug like wings opened and it really did nothing to the form. It will allow more room for the ALT head to fold back and be cleaner.

Here are some random shots of the other bots. Cutthroat I'm back in forth in using this ALT head or the original G1 ALT head. Sinnertwin will get a Bot head swap and needs new tails, the original ones I used did not work too well. Rippersnapper just needs some Bot mode work.

Nice. As stand alones the concept is great... and they'd also go nicely with their fellow Energon... Combiners.

Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate the comments.

I'm actually surprised that Hasbro did not do an Energon Combiner out of the Energon Terrorcons, they actually have some pretty decent limb modes built in.

Thanks for the suggestion, yes I believe I will be "heading" in that direction.

Speaking of heads ;)  new bot heads for everyone that needed it. Also removed the bug back from Blot and started planning out a new chest piece.

    More soon...

I'm really impressed with that Hunn Grr you made! Great work! Was it a KO Abominus set you used?

Thanks! Yes, that is the undersized KO Hun-Grrr for the chest, crotch and head. I am replacing the legs with the G1 versions to facilitate the combiner.

Did some more bot mods, I'll post an update over the weekend.

    Thanks again guys.

I'm really digging ther use of the terrorcons as the . . . terrorcons. However I'm not sure how I feel about Blot's alt head. I don't think that ROTF ravage's head fits with the asthetic. All in all they are looking smooth though.

Big Update! Got him all combined together. Using the "energon" ports I added PPC connectors and Lego Knights joints. He is pretty solid. Feet from Shapeways thedreaded1 shop...they are fantastic.

    More soon as time allows.

Thanks a million bro, I've had this guy in the works for a long time now and it is good to see it together.

Gad you found it...and like it :)

Thanks! More soon hopefully. I'm also going to take shots of the combiner parts later and post them if anyone is interested.

    Thanks!!!

I did take shots of all the combiner parts, I may post them this afternoon or tonight. As this is my 3rd combiner, the parts needs to connect has been refined to a minimal at this point.

You are doing an amazing job blending g1 with
The new lines. This is really going to be a show stopper
When done. Can't wait to see it done.

Definitely like what I am seeing from the start of this thread. I've always had a sweet spot for the Terrorcons.
