Well I just got my recent shipment from BBTS. Got Alt Dead End, Swindle, Windcharger, BT Bluestreak and Classics Astrotrain. Astrotrain looks like someone sat on him. Also in the package the nose of the shuttle is open. On Swindle and Windcharger they have a side bent in, Swindle is worse. Dead End and Bluestreak came out ok. Now I always order 80-85 vintage sealed or standard retail. I'm kinda ticked about astrotrain. Windcharger I can deal with. Swindle not so much. The big box came kinda damaged. Is there anything I can do?
Well here they are First off astrotrain. I'm almost wondering if they sent me a substandard. Side view Swindle Windcharger And Bluestreak and Deadend I definatly want a new astrotrain. Now when I e-mail them do I use the support@ or service@? Also is it okay if I open Dead End? Sorry for all the questions, first time I've ever had a problem with them.
id say definitely go for the new Astrotrain thats horrible but if your only keeping the others MISB id say go after refunds for those too but if you plan on opening them I wouldnt worry too much about it unless of course you display the box as well
Yikes. I keep ALL my packaging, so I'd be furious. I'd have already emailed them about it. On the plus side, BBTS have a really good rep for customer service.
Damn, that is just fecking lame. The boxes looked wasted. I'll be pissed because I am a box collector kinda guy.

I'd use service. I'd say keep them exactly as they were. That way you can provide more pics if needed.
Well I emailed them, hoping for a response tommorrow. So everybody agrees on leaving Dead End sealed until I get a response. He was already removed from his vintage bag.
How long does it take for a response from BBTS? Its been two business days since I e-mailed them. I'm thinking about e-mailing the support adress. Like I said I just want the Astrotrain replaced. I opened Dead End since he was untouched, but don't want to touch Swindle or Windcharger till the issue is over.
I put a claim about an Universe Silver streak who came w/oa piece to hold a hood and they emailed me yesterday to tell me that they would be sending me another one at no cost. I emailed them them on oct 29. Now, my items is a new released one, I dont know how this works with vintage ones.
Well BBTS is gonna give me a new astrotrain free of charge. That is why they are going to be my #1 source.
