I was thinking... what if Peter Cullen voiced a character in TFA`s third season or so.
Heck, he could even play an Optimus Prime from an alternate universe.
So what do you guys think?

 

I'd like him as Alpha Trion, or a mature Animated Prime who makes an appearance in a segment taking a look at the Animated universe's far future that plays during the series' finale.

 

He could be Prime from "those old war vids."

 

The only problem with that is there was no "Prime" shown in those old war vids.

It would be great, but I guess I would love a 'dream' sequence where Prime dreams of how he will be when he matures and grows into a real leadership role.

 

Peter Cullen as Primus! Why,his Jap G1 counterpart voiced Primus is Galaxy force. so why not. He should of voiced Primus is the Cybertron version.

 

I wanted Don LaFontaine as Primus...

 

Mr.Cullen as Leo Prime.

 

Leave him in G1 and the movies, where he belongs. It's a no from me, I'm afraid.

So what? He could be ANY Prime from the days of the war, providing that Optimus watches any more of the "old war vids."



Either that, Optimus Prime could suddenly go through a transformation that makes him more mature, more wise... and hence, we go from David Kaye's voice to Peter Cullen's. But then again, I'm not sure how well that idea would go...

 

I would actually want to see Cullen and Welker playing Primus/Alpha Trion and Unicron respectfully. How great would it be to see Cullen playing the ultimate Autobot and Welker playing the ultimate Decepticon?

Of course, this would have to happen at or near the end of the series...

 

I actually think it would be rather cool to get Peter Cullen in the event of a Nemesis Prime or Scourge-type evil Prime. Give the man a chance to be evil for once. I don't think he's played a villain since KARR.

 

Would be cool. Especially if he's given the role of an older bot. I could see him doing a decent Scourge voice. My only requirements for that character being introduced into Animated are 1. He's not just an evil Prime repaint, and 2. He gets bot and alt-modes that homage his RID counterpart, just in Animated's art style.

And if this was the Primus that actually turns into Cybertron, then it'll give it a whole new meaning everytime he says "in a world...."

Since it'd have to use clips of his voice anyways, they should make every one of Primus' lines start with that.

As long as Prime doesnt fuse with like Setinal or Magnus... Its allll good still it would have been cool if Peter Cullen did Magnus instead of whom ever did him... becuse He cant deal with that now!

 

I prefer him doing prime in the series finale. Just like what happened in the begging of the movie.

 

I think he might have been Bowser in a couple Gamecube-era Mario games. I like the villain idea, though, because Cullen can sound downright menacing even in the Optimus Prime voice. On the other hand, I think it would be cool to hear him in a role completely unrelated to Optimus in terms of character identity. I like the idea of an older Prime (or maybe even an older Ultra from the time of a hypothetical "Magnus Prime") from during the war, even if the design is just a redeco of, saw WW Optimus Prime with a different head.
