    Let's compare:

    HANNIBAL
Liam Neeson beats George Peppard. But only just, Peppard was great in his role while Neeson had a little more depth and development (the scene with an exposed Morrison was great)

    FACE
Dirk Benedict is Templeton Peck. Bradley Cooper is Phil from THE HANGOVER.

    BARACUS
I pity the fool that takes Quentin Jackson over Mr T!

    MURDOCK
A tie, actually. Both are wonderfully eccentric and lovable.

Overall, I'd have to go with the 1980s A-Team.

    Who do you pick?

I can see this being somewhat one-sided.

Like I enjoy both Classics Prime and G1 Prime, I enjoyed both interpretations of the A-Team.

Probably the main thing that allowed me to fully enjoy the 2010 movie was the original creators were involved.

new one has Liam Neeson. and he's the only thing going for that movie.

    the original has Mr. T.

Mr. T should be enough to watch the original A team alone.

Liam Neeson is a great actor, i love his work. but if you want to see him kicking ass, i suggest Taken.

The A-Team movie was one of the most fun action movies in recent memory. A pitch perfect blend of comedy, great action and some surprisingly well done character arcs.

Got to be the original for me. But I did love the movie. I was disappointed it didn't do enough box office to get a sequel green lit. The cast said they were up for it and I think it would have been great.

Damn. I was really hoping for a sequel, at some point.

I like the original A-Team, but like a lot of '80s live action shows, it hasn't aged well. Out of all of those types (A-Team, Knight Rider, etc.), I'd say that Airwolf has aged the best.

I loved both. A-team (80s) was awesome and just plain goofy. They were on the run, but never tried to clear their name much. Movie it was all about clearing their name... they do but go to jail for escape.. which they do again. *Cue music*

Both Murdoch's were fantastic hard to pick, Dirk Benedict and Mr. T ARE Faceman and BA. Pepard is more Hannibal to me, but Liam was great.

I was saddened T didn't cameo. He said it was too violent and the A-Team doesn't kill.. Well they only did in the last bit and it was only a few guys. The whole movie was over the top action and humor. Characters were very much like the TV show, but modernized and a bit more realistic. I think if A-Team in the 80s was given a big budget movie, it would be like this.

    TV slightly edging out Movie.

    C'mon, man! This is a no-brainer! I pity the fool who don't say "1980s".

I thought they did a good job with the movie though. I really enjoyed it.

Actually, the only thing i enjoyed about the new one was Sharlton Copley as Murdock. He was chameleonic in that role, that I don't think many would have said he was Wikus from 'District 9.'

Sadly never really scene the original show but I did see the movies.

By default: Remake only because. Plus I like Liam Neeson.

Neeson wasn't as good as Peppard, Peppard at times was almost as crazy as Murdoc and enjoyed tormenting his pursuers. He was also a master of disguise and had a demented sense of humor.

Mr.T is BA, BA was the first character written and cast and the series was written around him. It was basically made for him.

Dirk Benedict had fun with the role and played well off the other cast members, technially he was the second face man as a different guy played face in the pilot.

MURDOCK, original, the series didn't start going down hill till they made him sane in the 4th season.

I liked the main cast of the movie (not as much as the original cast, but they were all still great), but other than that the TV show wins by a mile. I loved the show as a kid and I did like the movie too.

the original or get pitied fool.

George Peppard is John "Hannibal" Smith end of discussion.

the remake is almost as bad as the remake of The Day The Earth Stood Still.
