A nice detail that this will have is that "Glow In The Dark" paint I've been raving about in the past.......I'm just getting started....... =)

It is an orange right now, but will have different shades.

Damn, this is what I'm supposed to be working on right now, but instead I'm going on vacation. Looks like you'll beat me  
Out of curiosity, what kind of paints are you using? I did a classics Sunstorm to test out some oranges before I moved onto the Masterpiece. The bottled Tamiya seemed adequete but, much like yellow paint, I've still yet to find an orange paint (either in spray can, or to airbrush) that I'm happy with. And doesn't take five coats to cover 
I'm very interested to see the glow in the dark paint. I'd planned to do mine with a clear pearl coat finish, but it just all depends on how many coats of paint will already be on.

I'm hoping the US release of Starcream will be affordable enough for me to pick up a few to repaint and to bash into the other seekers.

Yours is looking good so far. Are you using Tamiya spray paint?

 

I am using Tamiya spray......I used an undercoat of Tamiya light grey (1 coat) to use as the primer for the orange........The orange is essentially 1 - 2 coats.
