    ive seen this awhile ago. look up some of the contests they have with these robots. some of them run, jump, use stairs, shimmy a pole or rope. japanese are nuts!

    I've seen this before, but it's still neat.

    It doesn't walk very well, but I still get a hoot out of watching it for some reason.

    Maybe this should be a video thread of competition transforming bots. Because the videos presented are just a fraction of what people have created. They may be from a few years back, but the tech is still absolutely cool.

    Now, all they have to do is enlarge that about 400X and allow for human pilots, and I get dibs on the first one.
