A friend of mine bought a lot off somebody awhile back.

He's got 4 G1 Stunticons (MOC)(mint on card) from Spain. They were included with the lot. The company on the cards say "MB Espana/Hasbro".

Are these legit Products? And...if so, what's their worth and what could they potentially be sold for?

here's the only phot he's got of them on card. as you can see they are from Spain.

I'm sure more knowledgable collectors will give you a better answer but from what I know.

There was a Europian only release of G1 figures and those seem to be it. So ya they are legit.

I can't tell you anything about price, but they are legit

    Classics (Europe) - Transformers Wiki

"The new packaging was gold-coloured and bore the subtitle 'Classics' for the UK, Scandinavian, Dutch and French markets (Spain and Italy omitted the title "Classic" from the packaging)."

Not sure if this is reflective of current prices, but I had a MOSC Slingshot and Fireflight (Aerialbots) in the gold Euro classics packaging which I sold around 5-6 years ago for ~£50 ($75) each.

thanks for the help so far guys. I'll let him know they are legit. he'll be happy to say the least. I tried finding listings to get a general idea for the pricing but it's tough.

Definitely legit. I sort of collect the classic euro gold box G1 TF's: mostly because they are (a lot) cheaper than first issue G1 TF's, while you still get that G1 goodness.

Cards in the photo's look a little faded, but that's most probably bad lighting. As far as pricing: I bought all the Protectobots MOSC (with Hotspot MISB) in similar condition from a TFW member last year for $300 in total. I can't remember the Stunticons being more rare than the Protectobots, so a price of $50 to $75 a piece sounds reasonable.

Funny: I'm finding two classic Stunticons (Dragstrip and Dead End) currently on eBay, from a seller in Greece. However, I'd say with his massively overpriced BIN prices for these (opened!) cards, he's trying to clear Greece's deficit in one fell swoop!!!

I bought a G2 set of protectobots for 200$ (minus hotspot) mosc about 6 months ago. Im not sure how that translates to Stunicons however.

If you bought all 4 G2 Protectobot limbs carded for a total of $200, you got the most awesome deal in the history of awesome.

Hell, that'd be an amaing deal if they were loose.

Amazing indeed, seeing as the G2 Protectobots were never released...

Legit, and some of the dinobots too, i.e. Sludge and Snarl were also boxed in the 'Classics'- gold European packaging. And oh, holy sh*t on that G2 Protectobots deal.

On the G2 Protectabots, can pictures of them be posted? That is up there with G2 Stunticons. You seriously got a grail item there.

Could you take some pictures to show? I'm sure the boys (myself including) would love to share your glorious moments. :)

No official release technically but there are some members whom were fortunate enough to lay their hands on loose pieces. :D

Must be a mistake. The classic G1 reissues came out around 1991, which to some people must have already felt like Generation 2.

if you mean the gold carded ones they are not G2. They are G1 Classic relesed early 90s.

    To the OP:

Yes the stuntacons are as said legit. They were relesed aswell as Airialbots, Protectabots and Combatacons.

Stuntacons are probably togheter with Protectabots the moree expensiv one but way below their original G1 US counterpart from 85.

Im guess the limbs would fetch 250-300 or so depending on the condition of the card. MM is the rare one to find though.

    THIS.

Give the guy a break, he obviously thinks the gold early 1990s reissues are G2

They're legit; late G1 Euro re-releases with plastic chests. Not worth a huge amount and pretty easy to find (although as Easterling Capt says the Stunticons are harder to find than the others), but a lovely addition to a collection nonetheless. I have the Bruticus set MISB/MOSC, that I bought from the Hartmans at Botcon 06.
