So,I was watching Ragin Nation, the analysis of the new trailer, and kind of stopped at this scene.

I believe that is either one of the Dinobots (Scorn?) or Dragonstorm, however I have a question about the staff itself.
What is in the middle of that glowing blue thing? Doesn't that look like a sword of some sorts? Or perhars, the artifact which is going to be needed later?

    I agree
    1. Looks like Scorn is holding it (is this the reason he is getting a voyager figure)
    2. I think this is the artifact that is being sought in TLK

It's for sure not Scorn guys. Looks nothing like Scorn. Plus Scorn has a full Tail arm for his left arm. This is more than likely DragonStorm in robot mode. Remember, his toys are red and black ;)

Probably not. That knight is about as tall as Optimus is, and we know Dragonstorm's leg is bigger than him. It's probably someone important in the group of knights that are on Earth, possibly their leader.

Someone had the idea of him being Alpha Trion, I think that'd be cool; robot wizard giving his magical staff to human wizard and all. why does that sound like an innuendo?

Keep in mind that just because DragonStorm is big in beast mode, doesn't mean he will be that big in robot mode. A lot of him in beast mode is.bwry "porous and hollow". And there was some very quick editing in the trailer where we see OP jump/fall off DragonStorm and then very quickly shown sliding around a large stomping foot. That Foot IMO isn't DragonStorm's. It's Infernicus' foot Combined as OP slides around it comes up with a sword slice and they split apart ;)

We saw Infernocus breaking up into the Infernocons while fighting Optimus in the fourth trailer yesterday, he wasn't even twice as tall as Optimus.

But what so you think about the staff?
Am I the only one who sort of sees a kind of a sword in it?
    Maybe excalibur came from it?

Actually he is twice as tall. Look again ;)

When OP try's to slice at him, Infernocus is down on a knee.

Same feet, legs and same color :)

Yes possibly Excalibur and it looks like it's broke in half.

It probably is Dragonstorm, he just looks a little smaller in Bot form than I expected. Other than him, the only other current red Bots (that we know of) are Scorn and Drift. It can't be Scorn because he's shaped differently, especially with in the arms (tail arm). Unless Drift has gone time traveling, it can't be him either (though THAT would be cool). That leaves Dragonstorm, or someone we haven't met yet.

Drift: Oh. It's not a question of where. But rather when. Hehehe.
    Crosshairs: Okay..?

As much as I agree it makes the most sense it being dragonstorm.....he's far too small. Bay is not into compaction....he's into expansion! He likes bigger and badder remember guys! So I don't think it's his M.O to be turning a huge dragon into a tiny robot. That whispy design is to get the wingspan on a bot his size, nothing more.

Also tonyformer if you look at the stomping foot Optimus would actually only be half up his shin, that is obviously dragonstorms foot to me and I'd say he's more grimlocks size and the infernocus scene he's tall but not epic tall he should be approximately 3 times taller depending on how they combine but much smaller than dragonstorm. If it is dragonstorm with the staff however, then it can only be a error in scaling by ILM

And if that is infernocus stomping then it must mean that dragonstorm just helped Optimus out, maybe lol

Look at the size compared to Optimus....that staff holders body surely hasn't got the mass to cover something the size of dragonstorm sorry for blurry images am using phone. But you get my point. IMG_1205.PNG IMG_1206.PNG

That stomping foot has those things sticking out one on top of the other all the way up the shin....if you look infernocus doesn't. His shins are plain.

Yes but that's not what I meant if something is big it's because it's biiiig! And if it's small it's meant to be, he's not into adding complications that way by having a huge dragon become something a tenth of its size

Could Excalibur be related to vector primes blades of time? And that's what's in the staff!? And maybe the reason there's a human counterpart sword that Cade seems to use, is to stop them being used together and altering reality.

So how can you tell that from the side view? The stomping foot has those plates on the front of the lower leg. You can possibly see that from the side view lol. Also look at the 2 pics again I put up. Same feet and in both pics, the left foot is planted and bent at the knee, where as the right leg is down on the knee with foot extended back behind him. Same silver/black and even the same outside scene. Look at the ground and surroundings.

Also do you not remember OP still being his trilogy 1 robot size but mass shiftinfninto a tiny flat nose truck? Or Lockdown being a car that in robot mode was damn near OPs night lol? Look how much StarScream mass shifted when he transformed. Went from a 66 foot jet that shifted and folded in on itself to form a 31 foot robot or something like that? And so we forget the AllSpark?
