This is semi-related to TF if you know Microman. :p

So I'm curious... How tall are the Microman figures, anyway? Like, the ones that supposedly were used as drivers for the G1 characters like Optimus? I'd also like to know where I could get some, if they're available alone.

I'm interested in getting one because... I got Classics Hound today, so I'm wondering if a Microman figure could fit in his seat. o3o

Micromen are about the height of a GI Joe, maybe a bit higher.

What you are looking for is a Diaclone driver, that is what originally fit in the cab of Convoy and the other Car Robots. They are not all that big, around half an inch if that. I don't have the new Hound but it should sit on there okay.

Microman figures are GI Joe size, or 1/18th scale-ish. Way too big for interaction with any TFs. The figures that were made for interaction with G1 Prime and the other Diaclone based toys were, well, Diaclones, which were closer to like..1/32nd scale.

funnily enough the diaclone drives are too small for the cars they were designed to fit well if they were meant to represent humans at scale (they probably fit the seeker jets better in that case), they are better scaled to fit the minibots from both microman and even the current ones, even then they are a bit small!!

No. Diaclone drivers are too small. You want a HALO lego man haha

But seriously. go get the Spike and sparkplug drivers, they are the same size as diaclone drivers.

I'm afraid I can't afford to spend 50 bucks on a couple of tiny plastic pieces. XD fan-made items like that are so expensive... I'd love to get this Classics Cliffjumper upgrade kit for example, all it is is a new head, a weapon and some small pieces of plastic to attach to the vehicle, but I've seen it sell for like... a hundred bucks or more.

But a Lego man? holycrap. I can do that! Thanks! :D

If you want the Halo lego guy, it is a custom made piece. not too expensive. about 8 bucks. I forget the name of the company.
